FACE INTERVIEW

We divided three groups.Every group has five members. After that madam said two members act as job seekers and others want to be interviewers. i'm included into interviewers team. Madam gave 15 minutes to prepare to us. After we arranged interview panel in our class room.

we were the first group so we interviewed first our team job seekers as one by one.

we asked some questions these are

01.Tell about your self briefly?

02.What are your strengths & weakness?

03.Why do you want this job?

04.tell briefly where would like to be your careers in five years from now?

05.Tell us why should hire you?

06.Do you have any questions?

they answered all our questions finally said Thank you and hand shake with them.

Then madam said us our wrongs and how to change that.

CREATIVITY SKILLS

After finished face interview session we were separated two groups and  madam gave us same size  cake and a thread.then madam said us we want to cut the cake by thread and divided cake 8 pieces within 3 cuts.

then we worked quickly and cut that piece cake 8 pieces. but we cut the cake  later then other group. Because we was busy to take photos and selfies with cake.then madam said our strength and weakness about this activity. Then madam said eat the cake and we were that pieces of cake.
